Our stay was a comfortable experience. Fairly clean hotel, services were superb and location was quiet and marvellous very close to the train station. Location: the venue was just off the restaurant as well as the centre of Pirmasens. The room was impeccably clean here as in the photos. The room had a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a seating area plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures;))

I arrived at the hotel early in the day, but the friendly receptionist allowed me to store my luggage and change in the clean and spacious restroom. This small gesture made my day much more convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, the parking area provided a secure place for my vehicle. I had a lovely time at Martz and would recommend it to others.

This hotel is conveniently located near the city center and train station. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and the staff is friendly and helpful, with some speaking English. Some rooms have nice views, and towels are creatively folded into swans. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and the Unicorn sport bar serves good food and drinks for a fun evening out.

Some guests have reported issues with check-in time, strict lunch breaks, or lack of dining options onsite.

the rooms were modern and clean, with a fabulous shower. Nadine, the staff member, spoke excellent English and was very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and locations. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I wish I had found it on my previous visits to the area.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The hotel is located within a 10-minute walk from the city center. the WIFI was good and there were no restrictions.

The shower cabin was very small and there was only cash payment possible. the restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The modern and clean rooms were a delight, with a fantastic shower that was refreshing after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was great and the staff, particularly Nadine who spoke excellent English, were very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and attractions. I wish I had discovered this hotel earlier as I would have stayed here on my previous visits. It truly exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to book it again for my next trip.

martz hotel was clean - modern, and spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was great - just a 10-minute walk to the city center. nadine spoke great english and gave awesome local recommendations. definitely check out the brauhaus restaurant!
